I'm thinking about doing the master cleanse but I have a couple questions you might be able to help me with.I'm a 22 year old male, and Ive been working out since last April. I currently weigh 187 and am 6'2" at about 8% bdy fat.I mainly want to do it for the detoxing qualities and mainly to shred up a little bit. However, I don't want to lose all my gains since april.I'm on creatine protein and nitric oxide, so I would also get off of those for the time I would be doing it. ch. limit :/

I am starting the cayenne pepper diet too, I am going to detox myself for one day. drink water and then start adding Cayenne pepper to my food.
